Our review is conducted by interviewing the management team and a sampling of
all employees, as well as reviewing your current goals, structure,
communications, policies, processes, and programs. We never create expectations
for change. Information gathered is reported to you in a written document. We
have been able to add considerable value to our clients with this process.
